Who we are
We built the school we always wished existed.
Hi, I'm Jess. I've been practicing and teaching Yoga for over a decade; and for most of that time, I wanted more than sequences and Sanskrit. I wanted to understand what was happening in the body. Why breath regulation works. Why certain practices change people in ways that last.
Yoga Science School is the answer to that question. We teach the neuroscience, anatomy, and physiology behind Yoga; because when you understand the why, everything about how you practice deepens.
